Hours
Morning Extended Day Care is offered from 6AM-8AM. Extended Day is offered from 3PM-6PM. In the AM, admittance after 7:45 AM is not permitted. Please proceed through the glass doors and wait for the main doors to open at 7:55 AM. In the PM, any pickup after 6 PM is subject to late pick up fees which must be paid prior to utilizing the Extended day program again.
Location
The entrance to the Extended day is through door #8 off of the main parking lot. Please ring the door bell for admittance.
Rate & Billing
The Extended Day rate for the 2025-2026 School Year is $6/hour. Each week the total hours used will be billed to the family account on the following Monday. It is due by the first Friday of each month unless you have prior autopayments set up. During May, the extended day charges are due each Friday unless prior autopayment arrangements are set up.
Late Pick up
Late pick up fees* after 6 PM for ALL students regardless of tuition payment method are as follows:
1. First late pick is $1/minute until 6:30 PM. After 6:30 PM the fee increases to $2/minute
2. Second late pick up is an automatic $25 fee plus $1/minute until 6:30 PM. After 6:30 PM the fee increases to $2/minute
3. Third late pick up is an automatic $25 fee plus $2/minute until 6:30 PM. After 6:30 PM, the fee increases to $3/minute and your child may no longer utilize the PM extended day services for 4 weeks.
